UAB THE HACK! 2025 is the official hackathon of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) — organized by the Student Council of the School of Engineering with the support of the faculty leadership.
More than just a competition, it’s a collaborative adventure where students team up to solve real technological challenges proposed by leading companies such as Deloitte, Caixa Enginyers, Quether Innovation, and DTIC UAB.
- Dates: November 8–9, 2025
- Location: Escola d’Enginyeria – UAB Campus, Bellaterra (Barcelona)
- Format: In-person, invite-only
Throughout an intense 32 hours, participants will explore, code, and innovate — turning ideas into prototypes that make a real impact.
- Meals, snacks, and rest zones are provided. Sleeping is optional (but highly recommended!).
- Official communication channel: Discord (shared with all participants).
Requirements
Each team must submit their project via Devpost before Sunday, November 9th, at 11:00 AM (CET / Madrid, Spain).
Projects can be uploaded as a GitHub repository or .zip file, and should include:

A clear README describing the project and its purpose
-
Functional code or working prototype
-
Visuals or dashboards (if applicable)
